I am now requiring that for any design, job I do that half the price of the product you request is paid up front.
In order to decrease on wasted time on my behalf. I can't feel confident devoting hours of time and creative energy to multiple design concepts and then have the client decide to go elsewhere.
I have had this happen too often.
I am more than willing that if I didn't quite capture what you wanted originally in the first design concepts to try again.
